4. CCTV and Surveillance Footage

As a registered security provider, Piranha Security Group operates CCTV and related surveillance systems in line with applicable regulations and industry standards.

We ensure that:

  • Surveillance is used for clearly defined purposes, such as safety and security

  • Footage is transmitted via secure and encrypted systems

  • Access is strictly limited to authorised personnel

  • Storage is managed with integrity and confidentiality

  • Retention is limited to a defined period, typically 90 Days, unless required for an investigation

CCTV signage is displayed in monitored areas as required by law.

We take appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational steps to secure the integrity of personal information in our possession or under our control, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission and storage

  • Secure access control systems

  • Physical security of premises and servers

  • Ongoing staff training on information security and data protection

  • Regular monitoring and system audits

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with third parties only when:
